It was a battle to the finish and was quite close in the last 6 minutes but the Sirens took the lead in the beginning and didn’t let go.

Blazin’ Ace took a nasty face plant fall in the first jam of the 2nd period. She was helped off the track and taken to the locker room to get away from the noise. She wouldn’t leave until the game was over. When she heard we won she went straight to ER. We think it’s a pretty bad concussion. We are letting her rest right now but we’ll let you know more when we know more.

Thank you thank you thank you 100 times over to the fabulous ladies of Brew City! It was a blast getting to hang out with you before, during and after the bout. If ya’ll didn’t make it to the after party you missed some hot BCB dance moves – most notably Grace Killy doing the running man and then busting out the cabbage patch.

Also thank so the ref crew. It was a tight game but ya’ll kept us honest! The stats crew…..we LOVE you! Thanks for keeping everything running so smooth. To DJ Sarah Vain for busting out the jams in 2 locations. To HMFIC, Screama Donna, Yu Pei, Busty, Dan, Pitt Stane, our volunteer security, Snarly Brown/Water Boi, Papa C, The Indy Band Collective, Our volunteer doctors, Hodges Massages, Brandon and Scary, Rick and Ben, Petunia, Tom K and the Mayor… ya’ll make us look great!

And to those leagues who drove in from all over to play Queen of the Rink! How fun was that??
