Anything and everything.

What is the meaning behind your derby name?
An amuse bouche is a bite-sized hors d’oeuvre, which actually means “mouth amuser.” It is something the chef prepares before a meal to not only excite one’s taste buds, but also give a glimpse into the chef’s approach to cooking. I thoroughly enjoy cooking, so I thought it would be fitting.

What advice would you give to someone looking to make it in the real world?
Be true to yourself, and do what you love!

Make sure to take the time to admire your body before practice, because it most likely won’t look the same after!
