I haven’t quite figured this out yet, but I know it involves enjoying new things, staying uncomfortable with settling, being compassionate, hopeful, and honest, and relentlessly pursuing who you were made to be. I’ve heard, “How we spend our days is, of course, how we spend our lives.”

I consume most fruits with their skin, seeds, and core. It’s like extreme-fruit-eating, especially if you try pineapples.
